2) What data we collect

• Enquiry & project data: name, email, phone (optional), company, project brief and related communications.
• Service & billing data (clients): addresses on invoices, payment references, contract/admin records.
• Cookies & similar tech: we set an essential entry to remember your cookie choices. Optional functional, analytics or marketing tools run only if you consent (details below).

3) Purposes & lawful bases

• Responding to enquiries & pre-contract steps — Art. 6(1)(b) UK GDPR (contract).
• Providing and improving services; record-keeping; IT security — Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests, balanced against your rights).
• Invoicing, accounting and tax compliance — Art. 6(1)(c) (legal obligation).
• Optional analytics/embeds/marketing cookies — Art. 6(1)(a) (consent). You can withdraw any time via Cookie settings.

4) Cookies and similar technologies

We follow PECR and UK GDPR. Non-essential cookies require prior, informed consent and must present equally prominent accept and reject options. Our banner lets you accept, decline or manage categories, and we only load optional scripts after you consent.

• Enquiries: up to 24 months if you do not become a client (for context continuity and to handle repeat queries).
• Client & billing records: typically 6 years from the end of the financial year, to meet UK company and tax record duties.

6) Sharing your data

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with trusted service providers (e.g., web hosting, email, file storage, payments) under written contracts. They act on our instructions and must protect your data.

7) International transfers

Some providers may be outside the UK/EEA. Where we make a restricted transfer, we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Addendum to the EU SCCs.

8) Your rights

You have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and the right to withdraw consent at any time (does not affect past lawful processing). You can also complain to the UK ICO if you’re unhappy with our response.

Before contacting the ICO, you should normally raise the issue with us and give us up to one month to reply.

We use HTTPS, access controls, backups and data minimisation. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.

10) Children’s data

Our services are aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
